We don't accept walk in candidates. We are a web-based company that utilizes the most up to date technology to connect our candidates to our clients. This may include web cam interviews, online applications, skills checklists and competency exams through the web or video conference calls. This process is set up to respect your time. By having a web-based system, AIA Consulting is committed to being and staying as "green" as possible. We assure you that your information will be received and acted upon professionally by one of our specialized recruiters.

Each resume we we receive is reviewed by a qualified recruiter. This process may take 24-48 hours for us to review this information thoroughly. If you qualify for a current or future position with AIA consulting, you will be contacted immediately. You may receive multiple emails if you apply to more than one job.

Please respond to one email with all jobs applied for and we will match up the right recruiter for you.

You may not receive a phone call from us just because you submitted your resume. Our staffing coordinator will email candidates monthly that qualify for skill marketing. Your resume will be viewable by potential clients (without any contact information) for future opportunities within your approved work radius. The additional publicity will not only help secure for candidates a position, but allow AIA Consulting to continue to provide quality staffing at affordable prices.

When we have a position that appears to fit your background, a recruiter will call and/or email you with additional questions. At this time our recruiter may decide to continue with a phone screen or with cam-based interview. A skill set checklist may follow that initial phone screen.

Once a recruiter follows up with you and you complete the interview process, AIA Consulting may require you to complete additional paperwork that clients may request. This could include background checks, HR paperwork or client specific forms.

AIA Consulting will coordinate a formal interview with the employer, followed by a possible second interview, offer for employment or a formal decline.
