We are pleased to offer new and current clients the opportunity to submit a job order at a fee that fits within their budget. Above It All Consulting doesn't believe in continuing to do business the old standard way. For our recruitment services we invite you to utilize our new concept: Name Your Own Fee. Our flexible fee structure enables a CEO, CFO, HR Director or Hiring Manager to fill a key position quickly by simply paying for our time and commitment to filling your position. Our Job Submission process is as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Fill out a Job Order Form
  2. Submit your placement fee (*see bottom of page for Terms and Conditions)
  3. Sign and return our Staffing Agreement and start receiving resumes without delay.

HOW IT WORKS:

Our recruiters work 100% off commission and are required to work diligently on every order submitted to AIA Consulting. And you get to name your own fee for our services. If our management feels your submitted fee is below the amount it would take to fill the position, an Account Executive will contact you directly to discuss recruitment challenges and expectations. There is no obligation to agree to a suggested fee.

BONUS: In order to guarantee that our candidates reach their guarantee period, AIA Consulting offers a $50.00 American Express gift card payable to your new employee to be sent on Days 31, 61, 91 and upon receipt of payment from client. This $50.00 bonus is built into the Administrative/Processing Fee paid by the client (see terms and conditions). This appreciation bonus is a token of AIA's appreciation for both the candidate and client and sets AIA Consulting apart from its competitors.

OPTIONS:

In addition to our recruitment services, clients interested in working with AIA can request to view our current database of resumes (without contact information) and can submit a request for a specific resume without having to post a position with AIA. You will be required to sign a Staffing Contract with a standard $500.00 fee PER placement (a $19.95 access fee for one year will be charged prior to information being reviewed - Balance paid upon hire.)

AIA Consulting will confirm interest with the candidate before contract is sent and an administrative fee is charged. Each candidate is required to sign a direct hire agreement before accepting a position to protect AIA Consulting from collecting a fee for services rendered.
