In order to assure that our candidates reach their guarantee period with your company, AIA Consulting offers a $50.00 American Express gift card as an incentive that will be sent to your new employee on days 31, 61, 91. These $50.00 bonuses are built into the Administrative/Processing Fee paid by the client (see Terms and Conditions). This Appreciation Bonus is a token of AIA’s gratitude to both the candidate and client and one of the many things which sets AIA Consulting apart from its competitors.

*Terms and Conditions. Minimum fee is $250 per order (approximately 5 hours of consulting services). Contract guarantee period/fee:
30 day guarantee = $150 Admin Fee/Processing
60 day guarantee = $300 Admin Fee/Processing
90 day guarantee = $500 Admin Fee/Processing

AIA suggests the following fee = 8 to 14% of employee's first year annual salary
