Our recruiters have extensive experience recruiting candidates via remote means and will hold video conferences with both clients and candidates if need be.

With little or no sales pressure from AIA Consulting, our Account Executives will execute contracts within 24 hours of submission and hold daily meetings with recruiters to fill open positions. Our Account Executives become subject matter experts about your company's requirements and listen to your needs and will execute a plan to fill your positions.

BONUS - If AIA Consulting cannot fill your position in a timely manner, our Account Executive will reach out to other local staffing firms and fill your position at the fee you submitted! We understand that some positions may require a partnership with another firm, and AIA Consulting is committed to being the single point of contact even if another firm fills the position with their candidate.
